Science fiction has always been the go-to genre for me because I have spent my days reading H G Wells and James Bond. Though the two may not be agreeing on science fiction quotient but we cannot altogether deny the intrusion of science in the fiction that portrays James Bond. In short, I am fond of Science fiction because it has many new things that we cannot imagine and an author can envision. Why am I talking about science fiction today? I am here to offer my opinions about a book that I read – 23^rd June 2169 written by Gajender Sharma and subtitled ‘will Ztocmi be able to put Earth Resort into the orbit?’.

The novel is largely about a long-term plan on which many scientists are working under the supervision of Ztocmi, a very fine and well-known scientist from Earth who is known not only on the societies of science in this world but also in the world of Moon and Mars. He is closely working on the project Earth Resort with an equally talented and the most popularly intelligent woman on the earth – Zoi. Earth Resort is a very important mission and therefore, Ztocmi is assisted in the best way possible by the leading authorities on the earth, moon and the mars. He has a house on the 693^rd floor of a building for various security purposes. He is assisted by a supercar that can take him out of any trouble if case may come. His house is equipped with flying skills and can transport him safely in case of any trouble, via the airway.

The interesting things there in the novel are in plenty and one of the such is robots living in the society of human beings with ease and in a harmony. Human kinds being protected by robots and human beings alike. Every single soul on the earth and other planets is guarded by 8 mini cameras that record and monitor each of the activities made by them. Any danger can be averted before it strikes the person. So, there is too much in the name of progress and human safety. However, the chain between the rich and the poor is still too lengthy to cross and that’s why we know a project such as earth resort exists – the riches of the rich can afford such luxury to spend their vacation on an artificial earth!
